Shri Manivasagam is an accomplished Banker having myriad experience in financial services for over 36 years in State Bank of India retiring as a Deputy General Manager. He has always had a passion for serving the under-privileged and this was reflected in sponsoring and participating various activities during his service in the Bank. He conceptualized the idea of starting the ‘Rise & Raise’ Foundation with like-minded people to bring about changes in the lives of people who lack the access to education and employment.

Shri A.N.Appaiah

Shri A.N. Appaiah is a veteran Banker with 39 year long career in State Bank of India and retired as Chief General Manager. Even though he is now associated as Director with Coastal Local Area Bank Ltd and Financial Benchmarks India Private Limited, his full-time job is to help the underprivileged through Society For Development of Economically Weaker Sections(SODEWS). He is a full-time trustee of SODEWS.

Dr.Anbu Kumaresan

Dr.Anbu Kumaresan is an MD in Homeopathy and is one of the leading Homeo physicians in Cuddalore. He is a Visiting Professor in various Homeopathic colleges. With passion for service to the society, he regularly organises free medical camps in schools and villages. He believes that investment in proper education brings in more self-confidence and better discipline.

Shri P.Karthikeyan

Shri P.Karthikeyan, who hails from Kumbakonam held various assignments in State Bank of India and retired as CFO of SBI Capital Market Ltd, Mumbai. During his tenure in SBI he organised workshops and classes for visually challenged students to make them employable.

Shri K. Kannan

Shri.Kannan is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is one of the partners in A.John Moris & Co. He is helping the under privileged students by providing books and note books through his Foundation. He believes in the power of education and to help create this opportunity to as many deserving kids as possible is his motto.

Shri V.Girivasan

Shri Girvasan retired as Deputy General Manager Digital Banking in State Bank of India. His passion is to transform the life of under privileged students with use of digital technology. He is a firm believer in the concept that the impact one can create is not by virtue of the monetary contribution alone, rather by the sheer determination to bring change in deserving person’s life.

Shri.A.Ravindran

Shri.A.Ravindran is a graduate in Corporate Secretary ship, and also Masters in Sociology and Disaster Management. He donned many roles in the State Bank of India and retired as Assistant General Manager. He is a person with deep intention to give back to the society in one way or other. He runs a library on his own to develop reading habits among children. He is presently helping the visually challenged students in writing various examinations and submitting research papers leading to Ph.D.
